History of the school: Mind n Rythm is started in 2009 as a Dance and Fitness School. Yoga was a part of fitness classes. In 2012 Neurobics has been started. In 2014 Mind n Rythm started some campaign for fitness through Yoga. In August 2022. It is registered as Mind n Rythm Dance Sports Association to promote fitness and its value in everyones life.
