Yog Rahasya, meaning “The Secret of Yoga,” is more than just a yoga school—it's a movement founded by Kajal Naik, a passionate yogini, wellness mentor, and women's empowerment advocate. With a background in Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and a heart rooted in spiritual healing, Kajal transformed her personal journey into a mission to help others heal from within.

Inspired by her own emotional and physical transformation through yoga Pilates,Karuna Reiki, Kajal founded Yog Rahasya in Navi Mumbai as a sanctuary for women—especially those dealing with unspoken emotional struggles, hormonal imbalances, and mental fatigue.

Her goal: to help women rediscover their strength, live with balance, and reclaim their freedom.Under the mentorship of Ganesh Karapu Sir, Samruddhi KarapuMa’am, and emotional guides like Rajshree Thakur and Sudha Masodgi,

Kajal shaped Yog Rahasya into a space where ancient yoga meets modern wellness.
