Hello, this is Yogi Anwaar. I have been practising Yoga for more than 10 years. I have completed my Yoga Therapist Certification, as well as Pancha Kosha meditation and Chakra meditation teacher training, at Aarogyyam Mind and Body Therapy Clinic in Mumbai, India, under the guidance of Dr Kavita Kesheria, my guru and mentor.
