Ritu is an international trained Yoga teacher and Naturopath, with the experience of 8 plus years, is a firm believer of giving is getting, which reflects in her work and personality. Ex Purchase Head in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. We are not only teaches group classes incorporating intelligent and invigorating sequencing, good music and calming energy but specializes in working one on one. She works with professional athletes, celebrities and the local community using yoga as a tool to help address, assess and work through physical injuries and imbalances and foster a greater sense of awareness, healing and balance in the body and mind. She consistently continues her yoga education and is proud to be a brand ambassador of the IYT where the standards of education are raising the bar in the health and wellness. Ritu strives to bring yoga into everyday life by doing, evolving and truly living it, allowing peace and joy to flourish within and spread to others!

As part of the IYO® Credentialing system, IYT®-International Yoga Teachers who register with IYO® are required to submit a rating of the IYS®-International Yoga School training program they attended.
