Established on November 5, 2022, in Rajpura by Miss Aanshi Taneja, Abhyasa Yogshala has flourished, drawing 300+ students in a year. The school stands out for offering diverse certified yoga classes, including Aerial Yoga, pre and postnatal yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Our qualified instructors ensure a comprehensive and enriching yoga experience.

Miss Aanshi Taneja, the visionary owner of Abhyasa Yogshala, is a dedicated and certified yoga instructor with a Yoga Alliance 200-hour accreditation. A graduate in yoga, she is currently pursuing her master’s degree, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and mastery in the field.

With a remarkable total teaching experience of 6 years, including 4 years specifically in yoga, Miss Aanshi brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her Yoga Alliance certification attests to her proficiency in guiding practitioners through a comprehensive and authentic yoga experience.
