Pritesh Hirve (Yogacharya) began his yoga journey over 10 years ago, initially as a path to overcome severe migraine headaches. Through consistent practice and deep study, yoga transformed not only his health but also his perspective on life.
What started as a personal healing journey soon evolved into a professional calling. Inspired by the profound benefits of yoga, he began teaching others and dedicated himself to spreading authentic, disciplined, and anatomy-aware yoga education.
With years of teaching experience, Pritesh Hirve founded Aviragh Yoga Institute to guide students with clarity, responsibility, and true yogic values—helping them build both health and a meaningful career in yoga.
