Rooted in the ancient yogic traditions inspired by the teachings of the Nath lineage, GYAN was established as a centre dedicated to personal transformation, healing, and spiritual growth.
From its inception, GYAN has upheld the belief that yoga is not merely a physical practice but a complete way of life, shaping the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of every individual. This philosophy guides all our programs and teaching methodologies.
In a short time, GYAN has grown into a recognized and respected yoga institution. The school is a registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance (ID 451918) and is also ISO 9001:2015 certified, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining international standards of quality in education and training. GYAN is further registered with MSME UDYAM, Government of India (UDYAM-TR-08-0021679), reflecting our dedication toward professional excellence and authenticity.
Over the years, GYAN has expanded its offerings to include a broad spectrum of programs designed for practitioners of all backgrounds. These include 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC), 200-Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga TTC, Traditional/Classical Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa practice sessions, Yoga Therapy for lifestyle disorders, Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga, Corporate Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Relaxation techniques, and rejuvenating Yoga Retreats. Each program is crafted to bring the ancient wisdom of yoga into modern life in a practical and accessible way.
Today, GYAN stands as a sanctuary where students from all walks of life can experience inner balance, growth, and self-realization. With a strong foundation in tradition and a progressive outlook, Gorakhnath Yoga Arogya Niketan continues to work toward its mission of promoting holistic wellness and making authentic yoga education accessible across the world.
