History of the school: K.C.E. Society was established in the year 1944 and Moolji Jetha College was established in 1945 to facilitate the students of Khandesh area to take degree and post graduation in their field of study, along with commerce and science faculty for the all round development of the students with Indian Art, Culture, Yoga, Sanskrit, Philosophy, Music, Fine Arts, Sports etc. subjects are also being taught in colleges.
With the great inspiration and guidance of respected Shri.Nandkumar Bendale who is the Chairman of the K.C.E. society's Soham Department of Yoga and Naturopathy was established in the year 2005.
Under the guidance of Respected Principal, Prof.S.N.Bharambe the department has undertook various activities to promote well being of society and students the department has taken regular Online and Offline Yoga classes for society. The department has running academic short and long term Yoga and Naturopathy courses such as B.A. in Yoga, M.A. in Yoga, Certificate, Diploma courses for one month and one year duration.
The department has arrange awareness program on Yoga and Naturopathy regularly. The department mainly working on research based study on Yoga and Naturopathy which is helpful for students, society and all human being.
The Naturopathy clinic was established on 2015. Society, Students and all staff member has been benefited with Natropathy clinic. The available natural treatment in Naturopathy clinic are massage therapy, steam bath, sauna bath, vibro massage, magneto therapy, acupressure, water therapy, mud therapy, enema.
The department is always eager to achieve the goal of complete health of Society by providing scientific training of Yoga and scientific treatment of Naturopathy.

Dr. Devanand S. Sonar is Director of Soham Department of Yoga and Naturopathy.
President of the K. C. E Society Honorable Prajnawant Mr.Nandkumar Bendale and Hon'ble Principal of M. J. Autonomous College Jaogaon Dr. Sanjay N. Bharambe is appointed him as Director as well as Interdisciplinary faculty incharge of M.J.(Autonomous) College, Jalgaon.
Dr. Devanand Sonar completed his graduation and post graduation in Yoga from Sanskrit University. He has completed Ph.D.in Yoga from K. K. Sanskrit University Ramtek and qualified NET exam in Yoga subject. He has completed Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Science. Many research papers are presented in National and International yoga Conference. He has experience in teaching in field of yoga for the last 15 years. He is Member of Board of Studies in K. B. C. North Maharashtra University Jalgaon. He is the Chairman of the Board of Studies of the M. J. Autonomous College, Jalgaon. At the same time, he is working on the examination committee of the another universities. Many post graduate students have completed their thesis under his guidance and are currently working on their research study. Many yoga camps have been successfully organized in urban as well as rural areas. He has special interest in Yogic processes like Antaranga Yoga, Meditation, Yoganidra. Under his guidance, the educational courses of Yoga and Naturopathy are running well in Soham Department of Yoga and Naturopathy.
