Nagendran Yoga International was founded in 2022 as a online yoga classes. Founded by Nagendran P. The journey started with multiple types of online yoga sessions like Hatha yoga beginners, Intermediate, Advanced Yoga, kids Yoga and teachers training courses.In 2022 February Nagendran opened a yoga shala at Sahakarnagar, Bangalore.Today Nagendran Yoga International offers a diverse range of classes, workshops and retreats, catering tk practitioners of all levels. We have different types of classes like Pranayama and meditation session, Hatha yoga for beginners, Hatha yoga for Intermediate, Hatha yoga for Ladies, Advanced Yoga Sessions, and Aerial Yoga classes and kids yoga.
Our Yoga Shala has serene environment with natural light, ventilation. Well equipped space with yoga props such as mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and Aerial yoga hammocks.
