The History of the Yoga School: In 2020, response to the global pandemic and following Pakistans "Smart Lockdown" strategy and SOP enforcement. I pioneered online yoga training in Pakistan through "The Yogdara Pakistan" on 20th of July, 2020 Since then "The Yogdara Pakistan" has continued to conduct numerous online yoga training programs and courses in collaboration with both National and International Yoga Organizations
The Details of Yoga School: I began my yoga journey in February, 2009 and by March of the same year I joined The Wonderful Club Pakistan, immersing myself deeply in the transformative path of yoga. My teaching and personal practice span across various disciplines of yoga including Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Face Yoga, Face Therapy, Infertility Yoga Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Massage Therapy, Ashtanga Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga. I also specialize in meditative practices such as Panchakosha Meditation, Chakra Meditation, AUM Meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Al Humdo Lillah, I integrating both physical and subtle aspects of yoga into my sessions.
