Yoga has helped me to improve my posture as well as improve on my flexibility. There are days that i do up to 36 Asana’s and it has focused on certain areas of my body where i needed to lose weight or tone up. My muscle strength has also improved and i am now at my strongest in my fitness journey . The deep breathing exercises helps in relaxation and de-stressing yourself.
